OFF SITE childcare options are available (not listed), many of which DO pick up students from Vickery Mill and transport to their location. However, OFF SITE childcare means parents pick up at that location.

All clubs listed below are available on site at Vickery Mill Elementary.

After School Care - YMCA Primetime

Monday through Friday starting 8/4/25

After school care- Families will need to create an account if they do not have one already and purchase an annual program membership.

Select program membership, which costs $55 per year.
Select family and then scroll down until you find 'Program Annual - IAY05".
Log on and search for the school, and select one of the two options we offer. We offer part-time, which is 2 days a week, any 2 days, or full-time, which is 5 days a week. The 2-day/week option costs $45 per week, and the 5-day/week option costs $85 per week.
If your child qualifies for free and reduced lunch, we will need the letter verifying the eligibility. Once we receive the letter, we will enroll your child. This cost $55 per week.

Tuesdays starting 8/26/25

Have fun preparing delicious dishes with the instructor and other students! Kids learn a variety of culinary techniques. Kids enjoy "mixing, making, measuring," and tasting a different dish each week. Class includes food decoration or cupcake design! Learn etiquette! Kids receive a chef's hat & recipe cards at the end of the session.

BBallers Hoops Roswell

Skills Training at Vickery Mill Elementary!
Since June 2022, BBallers Hoops Roswell has been developing young athletes through fun, high-quality basketball training right here in the community. Now, we’re bringing our proven skills sessions to Vickery Mill Elementary!

Location: Vickery Mill Elementary Basketball Gym

Thursdays, August 28 – December 18

🕝 Time: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
💲 Cost: $185 for the full session

Open to boys and girls—this 60-minute weekly program focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence-building in a fun, energetic environment. Limited Scholarships are available, please reach out to bballershoopsroswell@gmail.com.

KidCreate Studio Art Classes

Wednesdays starting 8/20/25

Get ready for Create Academy! Kids will craft their own clay paintbrush, create a vibrant rainbow with oil pastels, use watercolor paint, different materials, make an adorable hedgehog out of clay and much more! This fun-filled class sparks creativity, encourages hands-on exploration, and inspires endless imaginative adventures!
